Application Of PVC Leather

There are three important reasons why PVC can be widely used in the building materials industry:
1、 The unique properties of PVC (rainproof, fire-resistant, anti-static, easy to form),
2、 PVC is affordable. The ordinary adhesive film is directly pasted on the surface of the plate with glue at normal temperature, so after one or two years, the adhesive film is easy to fall off. The PVC film is pressed on the surface of the plate by the special vacuum film press at 110 ℃, so it is not easy to fall off. This is not the case, because the raw material for producing PVC film is specially refined, and the toxic substances are completely extracted, so PVC is completely non-toxic and tasteless, and has no stimulation to human skin or respiratory system. For those who are allergic to wood and paint, the furniture or kitchen utensils packaged with PVC film are very suitable.
3、 Easy to clean. Take the furniture with PVC leather as the surface material for example. If these furniture do not use PVC leather, but use ordinary wood as the surface material, then only cleaning and maintenance will add a staggering amount of costs. In a small town in the UK, people have used wooden windows for the past two decades. Someone has investigated the cleaning and maintenance costs of these windows and compared them with the cleaning costs of PVC leather windows. The results show that the cleaning costs of ordinary wooden windows are twice higher than those of PVC leather windows.
